From the Fields is a multi-award winning events organisation (Promoter of the Year 2022 & 2024 Access All Areas, Best Music Promoter 2022 Event Production Awards), curating events such as Kendal Calling, Bluedot, Christmas at Bute Park, Northern Lights (Newcastle & Leeds), Arts by the Sea, and Festival of the Sky, spanning the arts and music industry.
In 2025 From the Fields Ltd is set to grow its Light trails portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to work with us as an integral part of the team, on a full-time basis, working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager.
Our inaugural light trail, Christmas at Bute Park, is set in the heart of the Welsh capital Cardiff and has become the largest light trail outside of London, selling out for the past four years. In 2023 we launched Northern Lights Newcastle, selling over 100K tickets in its inaugural year, and in 2023 we launched Northern Lights Leeds, selling over 115K tickets.
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to help us grow this exciting part of the business – someone with a passion for light trails and outdoor arts, who is committed to delivering events of outstanding quality.
About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and dynamic Senior Paid Media Manager, who will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing digital strategy across 3-4 light trail campaigns, with a minimum target of 100K tickets per trail.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search and paid social campaigns for our light trail events.
- Work with data and analytics tools to collect, analyse and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance.
- Own budgets, bidding strategies and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across multiple digital advertising channels.
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
- Oversee campaign performance across all digital channels
- Stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
- Prepare and present data insights
Essential to the Role:
- Availability from March 25.
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media, including Paid Search and Paid Social, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience of successfully managing large-scale paid media campaigns, with a proven record of ticket sales
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad-serving platforms
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically, anticipate and problem solve.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management
- Experience managing a small team
Desirable:
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media, including Paid Search and Paid Social, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
